Our Team


Director & Head of Entertainment

Suzanne has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. She is well-know singer/actress who had her big break in 2001 when she auditioned for the ITV show Popstars, and subsequently won a place in the newly-formed pop band, Hear’say. The group’s debut single was the fastest selling non-charitable record in UK chart history, selling over 1.3 million copies. They went on to have 2 number one records and 4 top 10 hits. In addition to their chart success, they had their own Saturday night TV show Hear’say It’s Saturday, performed at the Royal Variety Show with Elton John, and headlined their own hit UK tour.

When the band split in 2003, Suzanne returned to her routes and has gone on to carve a successful career in musical theatre, plays and television. Headlining numerous Westend shows and plays including Chicago, Joseph, Rocky horror show, Summer holiday, About Miss Julie, Baggage and many more. Suzanne has also performed in over 15 seasons of pantomime. She has co-written and produced a TV pilot, ‘Save the Savoy’ starring Sally Phillips and in 2013 produced the national tour of ‘Professionals on Ice’

Suzanne’s wealth of experience and knowledge both on and off the stage enables The Muse Group to fully understand the requirements and expectations of the artists, venues and production quality. Suzanne prides herself on the relationships and contacts she has formed over her many years in her time in the entertainment.


Director & Head of Sports

Sam has over 15 years of experience in the sports industry, working for some of  the biggest rights holders across UK football.

He began his career with Norwich City Football Club, where he first held a marketing and communications role, later moving into the commercial team, where he had responsibility for sponsorship sales and key account management with brands such as Aviva, Lotus and Errea.

Sam then moved to London to work for Chelsea Football Club, developing the relationships with sponsors, including Samsung, Heineken and Thomas Cook. He moved away from club land to work with two sports rights holders before going to train as a skilled negotiator with The Gap Partnership.

In 2016, Sam accepted a new role and subsequently spent nearly three years with the English Football League, looking after the business development function of the commercial team, and working closely with all 72 EFL clubs, its array of partners and key stakeholders.


Executive Producer & Head of Marketing

Laura has worked in the world of theatre production for 23 years and in that time been associated with over 300 productions. She has worked for every major pantomime production company in the UK, starting with Paul Elliott at E&B Productions, then Qdos Entertainment.

In 2005 she joined First Family Entertainment and during her 12 years there was responsible for casting some of the biggest names to ever grace the stage in a pantomime including David Hasselhoff, Priscilla Presley, Pamela Anderson, Cilla Black, Barbara Windsor and Henry Winkler to name but a few.

As well as pantomime, Laura has also worked on UK tours including Annie starring Lesley Joseph; Boogie Nights starring Shane Richie; CBeebies Mr Bloom’s Nursery Live; Pantos On Strike starring Paddy McGuinness and Jonathan Wilkes and See How They Run starring Warwick Davis.


Head of Development & Partnerships

Sue has worked in the theatre and entertainment industry for 30 years, predominantly in Development, Sponsorship and Events.

She has held senior Development, Sponsorship and Governance roles for the Ambassador Theatre Group, Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Cambridge Arts Theatre, The Stables live music venue and Rifco Theatre Company; has managed income generation and partnerships projects for First Family Entertainment, the National Theatre, Arts Quarter, Polka Theatre, Shakespeare’s Globe and The Other Palace (Lloyd-Webber Theatres).

She has produced work at the Brighton Festival and London’s Park Theatre and – in a two-year career move – worked with the AIG team on the global rollout of their Manchester United sponsorship benefits. However, her love of theatre and entertainment pulled her back to her comfort zone and she’s delighted to be working alongside the extraordinary talent in The Muse Group.


Online Communications

Hayley is responsible for our online output and communications.  She uses her background in both fashion marketing and the beauty industry to enhance our content creation whilst connecting talent with relevant brands for promotional purposes.
